As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Care & Sales Support professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging applications. Provide accurate service information and resolve issues with a polite, professional demeanor.
Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, processing incoming orders, and tracking service progress to ensure clients are kept well-informed.
Documentation: Maintain precise, organized records of customer interactions and ensure all sales-related paperwork is up to date.
Requirements
Education: High School graduate (minimum requirement).
Experience: Proven experience in a service-oriented industry (e.g., hospitality, retail, customer service, or office support).
Languages: Good command of both written and spoken English and Burmese.
Personality: Professional presentation, a positive attitude, and a strong "customer-first" mindset.
Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital messaging platforms.
