Sales and Marketing Executive (Freight Forwarding & Logistics)

Job Description
• Marketing & Sale Calling for daily operation, have good marketing and sale senses.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities or new customers through calling, networking and social media
• Arrange meetings or communicate with potential customers how our services can address them, handling customer requirement questions and providing solutions and quotations to customers.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Handling for all freight forwarding Import/Export process and DOC checking, trucking and customer complain, issue and requirement
• Have the good sense of logistics logical and supply chain knowledge
• Be able to follow and update government policy and regulations
• Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing and potential customers
• Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant departments
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Review own performance by evaluating visit plans, action plans, target reports etc to meet or exceed monthly sales targets/budgets

Job Requirements
1. Graduate status - Bachelor's degree and above
2. At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in related field of Freight forwarding and Logistics
3. Age between 25 and 35 years
4. Good communication skill (English Written & Spoken)
5. Interpersonal Skill and Good Presentation Skill
6. High motivation, Commitment to work
7. Good problem solving skill, Strong Leadership
8. Supervision and Coaching of Subordinates
9. Teamwork and enthusiastic
10. Computer literacy
11. Good personality
12. Own dependable vehicle will be advantage
