Spacious, three bedroom 120 m² (1290 ft²) apartment, situated in a quiet neighborhood next to the Skopje City Park and Skopje Zoo. It is located on the first floor with a designated parking spot and a balcony. Walking distance to the famous "Debar Maalo" neighborhood and all its cafes and restaurants, and all the summer nightclubs in the city. It's capacity makes it perfect for families, groups, as well as couples and business travelers.

Apartment:
Our apartment consists of large living room connected with the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three cozy bedrooms. It has a 42" Samsung Smart TV in the living room with a surround sound system with speakers and sub-woofer. There are also many lighting options which can create intimacy in certain areas or emphasize some of the decorations. The single bedrooms have working working tables in them making them convenient for business travelers. The double bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the local greenery.

Neighborhood:
The location's proximity to the Skopje City Park and City Zoo makes it perfect for days well spent with the family. As all of the summer nightclubs are in the City Park area it also makes it ideal for groups willing the explore the city's nightlife. It the winter season the popular club "43" is just a block away, but the area is very safe and secure. There's a mini market, cafes and fast-food spots right next to it, and it is less then 10min walking away from the Bohemian street and all its restaurants. The city center is easily accessible as it is only a few bus stops away, and transportation by taxi is relatively cheap .
