Many Tananarivian have responded to the Telethon organized by the Madagascar Scouting Federation some gave money, food, clothes, soap, to the victims of cyclone ENAWO.These donations will be handed over to the BNGRC (Brigade Nationale pour la Gestion des Risques et Catastrophes), which is in charge of distribution in the 3 sites (Ankorondrano, ANS Ampefiloha, EPP Ankadinandriana Haute ville) in the capital, also in the provinces. © By Franck Rama Foibe Tem
