Joint Stock Company "Container Terminal and General Cargo" was created through the Program for Restructuring of the Port of Bar in March 2008. Port of Bar was restructured through the separation and founding of a new company "Container Terminal and General Cargo" JSC – Bar to which a number of assets and liabilities were transferred in exchange for the issuance of the Container Terminal and General Cargo shares to Port of Bar shareholders. Global Ports Holding (GPH) completed the acquisition of 62% shares of Port of Bar for a total consideration of Euro 8,071,000 on December 30, 2013. The port holds a 30-year concession to repair, finance, operate and maintain the general freight and cargo terminal in the city of Bar, Montenegro.

📍 Fiat Grande Panda begins its journey through Port of Adria 🚂🚗

 

We are happy that our terminal is chosen for handling of Fiat Grande Panda.

The first shipment of vehicles Fiat Grande Panda have arrived from the factory in Kragujevac to Port of Adria.

The vehicles were safely transported and carefully unloaded from the train to Ro-Ro terminal, where a team of skilled port workers carried out an efficient handling process, ensuring that each vehicle was secure and ready for further transport.

 

Port of Adria with diversified port services continue to handle containers, all type of general cargo, project cargo, Ro-Ro cargo and provide cruise services.
