Today we had the pleasure of guiding a beautiful family of five through the mountains — step by step, story by story.

This is not just a 4-hour hike — it’s a journey into the heart of our life in Tizgui.

We start from our village, walking through the quiet paths of the mountains, where every step tells a story. As we move towards the nomadic camp, you’ll begin to understand how people here have lived for generations — simply, but with deep connection to the land.

Along the way, we share with you how families depend on nature: how they find water, how they care for animals, how they build their homes, and how they adapt to the seasons. You will see that life here is not easy, but it is rich in knowledge, patience, and tradition.

When we reach the nomadic camp, it’s a moment to slow down, to sit, to listen, and to truly feel this lifestyle — not as a visitor, but as someone welcomed.

Then we continue our walk down to Todgha (Yodra) Gorge, where the landscape opens in a powerful way, showing you the beauty and strength of this region.
