تم بتاريخ اليوم 11MAY2026 بجمهورية إيطاليا توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مشترك بين الشركة الليبية السريعة للطيران وشركة Horizon Technic من الجانب الليبي، وشركتي ALBA Technic و 4Airways من الجانب الإيطالي، وذلك في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون في مجالي النقل الجوي والصيانة الفنية وفق المعايير الأوروبية.
وتتضمن الاتفاقية محورين رئيسيين:
- أولاً: اتفاقية بين الشركة الليبية السريعة للطيران و 4Airways لافتتاح خط جوي مشترك يربط بين ليبيا وأوروبا، على أن يتم الإعلان عن الوجهات والتفاصيل التشغيلية خلال الفترة القريبة القادمة.
- ثانياً: اتفاقية بين شركة Horizon Technic و ALBA Technic للتعاون في مجال صيانة الطائرات وفق اعتماد EASA الأوروبي داخل مطار مصراتة، بما يساهم في دعم وتطوير قطاع الصيانة الفنية والطيران المدني في ليبيا.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقيات ضمن رؤية تهدف إلى توسيع الشراكات الدولية وتعزيز حضور الشركات الليبية في قطاع الطيران الإقليمي والدولي.
A joint cooperation agreement was signed in Italy between Libyan Express and Horizon Technic from the Libyan side, and ALBA Technic along with 4Airways from the Italian side, in a step aimed at strengthening cooperation in the fields of air transport and aircraft maintenance in accordance with European standards.
The agreement includes two main aspects:
- First: An agreement between Libyan Express and 4 Airways to launch a joint air route connecting Libya and Europe. The destinations and operational details will be announced in the near future.
• Second: An agreement between Horizon Technic and ALBA Technic for cooperation in European EASA-certified aircraft maintenance services at Misrata Airport, contributing to the development and enhancement of the aviation maintenance sector in Libya.
These agreements reflect a shared vision toward expanding international partnerships and strengthening the presence of Libyan companies within the regional and international aviation industry.
