Šodien, no ražotāja Itālijā, esam saņēmuši 5 jaunas OMEPS Silotrailers cementa vedēja puspiekabes! 🚛 Tas dod iespēju celt uzņēmuma autoparka tehniskās un ekoloģiskās prasības. 🌿
Šogad mūsu autoparka modernizācijā ir ieguldīti vairāk kā 700 tūkstoši EUR, kas ir iespējams pateicoties ilggadējai un stabilai sadarbībai ar lielāko cementa ražotāju Baltijas valstīs SCHWENK Latvija 🇱🇻 Projekts tapis sadarbībā ar SEB Latvija. 😊

Today, we received five new OMEPS Silotrailers cement semi-trailers from the manufacturer in Italy! 🚛 This allows us to improve the technical and environmental performance of our fleet. 🌿
This year, we have invested more than EUR 700,000 in the modernization of our fleet, which has been made possible thanks to our long-standing and stable cooperation with SCHWENK Latvia, the largest cement manufacturer in the Baltic States. 🇱🇻 The project was developed in cooperation with SEB Latvia. 😊
The new semi-trailers make drivers' daily work much easier—they are lighter, have better handling, an effective braking system, stability equipment, etc. All this together allows us to be much safer on the roads, make timely deliveries, and secure export routes for Latvian cement! 🤓

📖💡 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗧𝗢’𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀!

And with that, all of us get new insights about the truck driver’s profession. 👀

For example, after one of his recent theory lessons, Ingus Rūķis shared that the category C theory lecturer of Autoskola Einšteins suggested that students “𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀” when discussing managing blind spots of a truck.

A great example of a company going the extra mile in road safety is one of our clients Delta LV. They use our CV200 cameras on the trucks for road monitoring and share the clips of dangerous incidents with the police. Watch their recent segment on BezTabu here (in Latvian): https://bit.ly/3Gq3dY5

On the whole, Ingus was surprised to learn that in theory lessons, such solutions are brought up and discussed. It’s reassuring to see that new drivers are encouraged to take ownership of protecting the vehicle, and more importantly, themselves.

When drivers face dangerous situations on the road every few days, safety can't be left to chance. That’s why Delta LV upgraded its fleet with 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in late 2024.

✅ Automatic incident recording

Before Mapon, incident footage could be lost or erased. Now, with remote access, cloud storage, and live stream capabilities, Delta LV is not only preventing issues but also using video to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.
