Šobrīd projekts atrodas aktīvā sagatavošanas un koordinācijas posmā. Tiek precizētas projekta detaļas, attīstītas sadarbības ar partneriem un turpinās darbs ar publiskās infrastruktūras attīstības jautājumiem.

Notiek koordinācija ar iesaistītajām institūcijām, lai vienotos par projekta apjomu, termiņiem un nākamajiem soļiem ceļā uz moderna pasažieru un kravas termināļa izveidi Rīgā.

Riga Ropax Terminal komanda šogad plāno noslēgt vienošanos starp Rīgas brīvostas pārvaldi un Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldību par projekta apjomu un īstenošanas grafiku. ⚓

Sperts nozīmīgs solis jaunā projekta attīstībā. ⚓

ED dambja daļēja nojaukšana, ko plānots uzsākt maijā un ko īstenos Rīgas brīvostas pārvalde, būs pirmais posms projektā, kas pavērs ceļu modernam pasažieru un ro-ro terminālim Rīgā.

Vienlaikus ar ED dambja nojaukšanu Rīgas brīvostas pārvalde šogad plāno veikt arī akvatorijas padziļināšanas darbus. Tas ļaus pirmos kruīza kuģus pie Eksportostas piestātnēm uzņemt jau 2027. gada kruīza sezonā.

Šogad plānots arī noslēgt vienošanos starp Rīgas brīvostas pārvaldi un Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldību par projekta apjomu un īstenošanas grafiku, tā pietuvinot mērķi izveidot termināli, kas būtiski stiprinās pasažieru un kravu pārvadājumus Baltijas reģionā. ⚓
