🇨🇳🌏 We recently had the privilege of participating in the “Charm of Jiangsu · 2026 Global Tour Operators Conference” and joining a multi-city inspection tour across Jiangsu Province, China.
Throughout this journey, we discovered the richness, diversity, and cultural depth of Jiangsu through a carefully designed itinerary combining heritage, nature, modern tourism infrastructure, and immersive cultural experiences.
Among the highlights were the beautiful water town of Zhouzhuang, the elegant Lingering Garden, the architecturally remarkable Suzhou Museum, and the impressive Huaguo Mountain Scenic Area inspired by the legendary Monkey King from Journey to the West. 🏞️🏛️
The performances and storytelling experiences particularly stood out and created memorable moments for international visitors. We also appreciated the ecological side of Jiangsu through visits to the Chinese Milu Park and Huanghai National Forest Park, as well as the coastal scenery of Liandao Scenic Area. 🌿
Beyond tourism, this trip provided valuable opportunities for exchange and cooperation with tourism professionals, local authorities, and international travel agencies, allowing us to better understand Jiangsu’s strong potential for overseas markets. 🤝
We would like to sincerely thank the organizers from the Jiangsu Department of Culture and Tourism, all local tourism bureaus, guides, coordinators, interpreters, and hospitality teams for their warm welcome, professionalism, and dedication throughout the journey.
It was also a pleasure to meet again Mr. Li Chuan, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Province Department of Culture and Tourism, after previously having the honor of welcoming him to Luxembourg. This continued exchange further strengthens the cultural and tourism ties between Jiangsu and Luxembourg.
Special thanks as well to Jiang Yida from Centre Culturel de Chine au Luxembourg , Marta Vazquez Rodriguez from ACL - Automobile Club du Luxembourg, and Cheuk Man Lam, Business Development Manager at EAS Group, for their participation and contribution to this international tourism exchange initiative.
