en beef etc. Our fish and seafoods (seer fish filet, full tuna fish, prawns, jumbo prawns, calamari, crab, and lobster) are caught, personally selected by Chef Klau, and usually purchased the sameday as served to gaurantee freshness. Fresh curries cooked with fresh local ingredients and fresh coconut milk is served upon request (pre order in the morning for lunch is preferred). We can also make Fresh Sushi and Sashimi but needs to be ordered the day before with a head count of the group to ensure fresh fish and allow time for preparation. We hand pick in the morning of your dinner party fresh Tuna, Mullet, Prawns, And Snapper fish to make the best n most fresh Sashimi possible. We can also organize group BBQs, your choice of meat seafood fish or combination dinners upon request usually served with fresh salad and chips. We can also plan and organize group camping trips. Includes transportation to and from camping destination of your choice, grilled dinner of your choice, bonfire, night explorations, food and beer.
