Incoterms form an important focus area in the logistic industry affecting the trade communication as well as ensuring error-free operations.

For the selling of goods, these regulations serve as fundamental business terms. These guidelines should be followed whether you are submitting a purchase order, packing and labeling a product for freight delivery, or creating a certificate of origin at a port.
Incoterms were coined by ICC who has been dedicated to facilitating international trade since its foundation in 1919. These terms are updated every decade with 2020 being the latest one.
