තෙල් ව්‍යාපාරික USA පාසල් බස් 480,000 ක් විදුලි වෙනව. මේක ඇමරිකාවේ විශාලම bus fleet එක. මේ ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් එක දැං වෙනවා කාටවත් විශ්වාස කරගන්න බැරි තරම් අධිවේගයෙන්.

මේ school bus බස් දවසකට මිලියන 26ක් ළමයි පාසල්වලට ගෙනියනවා. මේක ඇමරිකාවේ දවසක ගුවන් මගීන් ප්‍රමාණයටත් වඩා වැඩි.

ලංකාවේ උන්දැලට දිරවන්නැති උනාට ඒරොප්පේ මේක ගත්තු කෙනෙක්ගෙ හෑල්ලක් මේ ⚡🤩

මේක ලංකාවේ සාමාන්‍යයෙන් වෙනව වගේ ගෙවලා දාගන්න රිවිව් නෙමෙයි, හොඳට පරණ ඩීසල් පැට්‍රල් ට්‍රක් පදින කෙනෙක්ගෙ එකක්.

" Cybertruck එකක් ගන්න මම ටිකක් ප්‍රමාද වුණා කිව්වොත් හරි. ඒත් මගේ ජීවිත කාලය තුළ මම දැකපු විප්ලවීයම වාහනය මමම පාවිච්චි කරලා බලන්න ඕනේ කියලා මට හිතුණා. ඒ නිසාම මම මේ "Cyberbeast" එක ඇණවුම් කළා.

​මේ වාහනය "Terrestrial Armor" සහ "Off-road tires" එක්කමයි මට ලැබුණේ. ඒ වගේම මෙහි Full Self-Driving (FSD) පහසුකම සහ නොමිලේ Supercharging පහසුකමත් ඇතුළත්.

​ඇත්තටම මට ඕනේ වුණේ මේ "Self-driving" තාක්ෂණය අත්හදා බලන්න සහ විදුලි වාහනයක් (EV) මගේ වැඩකටයුතු වලට කොයිතරම් ගැළපෙනවද කියලා බලන්නයි.

මෙහි රාත්තල් 11,000ක බරක් ඇදගෙන යාමේ හැකියාව (Towing capacity) තිබෙනවා. මම සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඊට වඩා බර දේවල් ඇදගෙන ගියත්, මේ වාහනයේ සීමාව ඇතුළත එය කොහොමද කියලා මම පරීක්ෂා කරලා බලන්නයි ඉන්නේ.

මම මීට කලින් කවදාවත් විදුලි වාහනයක් පදවලා නැහැ. මගේ පළමු අත්දැකීම තමයි මේ Cyberbeast එක.​මම ජනවාරි 15 වෙනිදා ඇණවුම් කරපු වාහනය අද (මැයි 2) මට ලැබුණා.

​පළමු සැතපුම් 163ක අත්දැකීම:
මම පළමු වතාවට "Supercharger" එකක් පාවිච්චි කළා. ඒක හරිම පහසුයි වගේම වේගවත්. ශීත කාලයේදී ඩීසල් ගැලුම් 52ක් පුරවනවාට වඩා ටිකක් වෙලාව ගියත්, ඒ වෙලාව අපිට නිදහසේ ඉන්න ලැබෙන එක ලොකු දෙයක්.

​මේකේ හැසිරවීම (Handling) අතිවිශිෂ්ටයි. "Comfort mode" එකේදී පාරේ තියෙන ගැටිති දැනෙන්නේ නැති තරම්. මෙහි "Steer by wire" තාක්ෂණය තිබුණත්, ඉදිරිපස රෝද වල ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය රියදුරාට හොඳින් දැනෙනවා. ඒ වගේම වාහනය ඉතාමත් නිශ්ශබ්දයි. මෙහි තිබෙන "Regenerative braking" නිසා වාහන තදබදය අස්සේ බ්‍රේක් පාවිච්චි නොකරම වාහනය පදවන්න පුළුවන්.

​විශේෂයෙන්ම කියන්න ඕනේ මෙහි "Full Self Driving" ගැන. ඒක ඇත්තටම පුදුම සහගතයි! මම හැමදාම කිව්වේ මාව වෙනත් කෙනෙක් (හෝ යන්ත්‍රයක්) පදවන වාහනයක යන්නේ නැහැ කියලා. ඒත් මේක හරිම සුවපහසුයි, අපිට වටපිට සුන්දරත්වය විඳින්න අවස්ථාව දෙනවා.

​මම සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ඩීසල් සහ පෙට්‍රල් වාහන වලට, විශේෂයෙන්ම Manual වාහන වලට ගොඩක් ආදරය කරන කෙනෙක්. ඉතින් ඒ පැත්තේ ඉඳලා මේ වගේ අලුත් තාක්ෂණයක් අත්හදා බලන එක ලොකු වෙනසක්.

මේක මගේ පරණ වාහන වලට ආදේශකයක් නෙමෙයි, නමුත් ඒවත් එක්ක එකට පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන් හොඳ වාහනයක්. දැනට තියෙන ඉන්ධන මිලත් එක්ක බලද්දී මේක හොඳ තේරීමක්. ලබන සතියේ ඉඳන් ගෙදරදීම Charge කරගන්න පහසුකම් හදාගත්තම ඒක තවත් ලොකු වාසියක් වෙයි.

​මම බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා මේ වාහනයත් එක්ක දිගු දුර චාරිකා යන්න. මේක ඇත්තටම ඕනෑම කෙනෙකුට පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන් ප්‍රායෝගික වාහනයක්.

​තව දෙයක්, මෙහි ඇතුළත නිමාව (Interior) ඉතාමත් ඉහළයි. ආලෝකකරණය සහ සීට් හරිම ලස්සනයි. මගේ අවුරුදු 6ක දුව මේ "Beast" එකට ගොඩක් කැමතියි!

​විශේෂයෙන්ම කියන්න ඕනේ, මම මගේ පරණ ට්‍රක් රථ කිසිවක් විකුණලා නෙමෙයි මේක ගත්තේ. මේක මගේ වාහන එකතුවට එකතු වුණු අලුත්ම සාමාජිකයා විතරයි!
