🇨🇫 CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC | BESC MANDATORY

Effective 17 April 2026, the Central African Republic has made the BESC mandatory for all sea freight shipments destined for CAR.

Key Requirements:
• BESC must be validated before vessel departure
• Cargo cannot be loaded without an approved BESC
• BESC number must appear on the Bill of Lading and Cargo Manifest
• Non-compliance may lead to penalties and customs delays

Required documents:
✅ Bill of Lading
✅ Commercial Invoice (including freight rate)
✅ Export Customs Declaration
