Pro Yacht is hiring for the immediately available position of Yacht Maintenance. We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications, experience and requirements.

🚤5 years experience in operating outboard, stern drive
and shaft driven vessels.
🚤Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting,
maintenance, and repairs.
🚤Experience in hauling, launching and trailering boats.
🚤Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work unsupervised.
🚤Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🚤Driver's license.

Pro Yacht is seeking an experienced Marine Engine Technician with strong hands on skills in inboard diesel and gasoline engines. If you’re confident working on top marine engine brands and delivering high quality dockside and yard service — we want you on our team.
Preferred Engine Experience
We are especially interested in technicians with experience in:
🔹 Cummins
🔹 Mercury MerCruiser (gas & diesel)
🔹 Volvo Penta
🔹 Yanmar
🔹 Caterpillar (CAT)
🔹 MAN
🔹 Detroit Diesel
🔹 Kohler or Onan marine generators
What You’ll Do
✔️ Diagnose & repair inboard diesel and gas engines
✔️ Service propulsion, cooling, fuel, and exhaust systems
✔️ Perform engine & shaft alignments, running gear work, and PM services
✔️ Complete overhauls, repowers & seatrial performance tests
✔️ Deliver professional service in marinas, at docks, and in the yard
What We’re Looking For
🔹 5+ years marine engine experience (diesel and gas)
🔹 Strong electrical/ECU diagnostic ability
🔹 Ability to work independently onboard vessels
🔹 Familiarity with top marine engine brands (listed above)
🔹 Boat handling experience is a plus
🔹 Safety first mindset & excellent customer service
Compensation
💰 $22–$27 CI/hr (experience-based)
