On International Women’s Day, and in recognition of this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands (CAACI) reaffirms its commitment to mentorship, professional development, and community engagement.
“At CAACI, we recognize that excellence in aviation is built through investment in people. By mentoring, coaching, and creating pathways for advancement, we empower women — and all employees — to achieve their personal best and contribute meaningfully to the safety and success of our aviation sector.
Equally, our responsibility extends beyond our organization. By giving back to our Cayman community through outreach, charitable initiatives, as well as engagement with young people considering careers in aviation, we invest in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and aviation professionals.
