What kind of power socket is used in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong uses type G and D power sockets. Each socket type has triangular pattern. While type D socket can be connected with three round pins, the type G socket is for use with three rectangular pins. The electrical system operates on 220V supply voltage and 50Hz.
If you travel from US to Hong Kong, most of the time you will need plug adapter and voltage converter. This is since US uses type A or B sockets while operates on 120V supply voltage.

Sky Garden is an open space inside Hong Kong airport. Built as a small outdoor garden with greeneries and asthetic ornaments, the space is also designated as a smoking area. It's a double-edged sword indeed.
