As global air traffic recovers, airport congestion continues to present operational challenges. Enhancing Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) capabilities is more essential than ever to improve On-Time Performance (OTP) and operational efficiency.

The 'Airport BHS & HBS Design and Management' Global Training Program at Incheon Airport Aviation Academy (IAAA) has successfully concluded! ✈️💼

Within the framework of the 2026 ROK-ICAO Fellowship Programme, Incheon Airport Aviation Academy successfully conducted a dedicated VIRTUAL CLASSROOM course on "Aerodrome Safety Management Incorporating PANS-Aerodromes" from August 17 to 21, 2026.

Delivered for aviation professionals in Pacific Small Island Developing States (PSIDS), this 5-day online program shared Incheon Airport’s operational expertise and safety management know-how, empowering participants to strengthen safety systems and tackle key industry challenges.

The Junior Airport Management Course, part of the Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) programme, hosted by Incheon Airport Aviation Academy(IAAA) in partnership with Thailand's Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC), has officially begun.

From the opening ceremony and aviation training to site visits and cultural exchange,

participants shared knowledge and experiences while strengthening aviation education cooperation between Korea and Thailand.
