Currently, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of
Sales Executive (2 Positions).

1. Principal Roles and Responsibilities

• Explore new opportunities to expand business
• Secure new customers and develop long time relationship
• Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings
• Contributing and generating revenue for the department
• Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance Controller
• Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs
• Provide reports to management

2. Job Requirements

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or any discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarder or similar field
• Result Oriented, Achievement driven
• Strong written, oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skill and be able to work as team
• Good command of English in both verbal and written; Mandarin is a plus

• Issue invoices and follow up outstanding
• Ensure correctness and accuracy of documentation
• Ensure shipping documents are delivered timely
• Build strong relationship with customer and deliver customer service excellence
• Ensure timely response to customers’ inquiries
• Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs

2. Job Requirements

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experiences in logistics, freight forwarder or similar field
• Sound organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good team player and Interpersonal skill
• Well organized and work under pressure
• Good command of English in both verbal and written; Mandarin is a plus

• Properly handle collection and payment
• Control overseas and local account receivable/payable and petty cash
• Proactively report cash flow situation and ensure financial risk-free by set up controlling process AR / AP
• Support business unit comply with finance policy and local taxation regulation
• Responsible for company financial management
• Prepare monthly tax and NSSF payment & documentation

2. Job Requirements

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting
• Sound organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good interpersonal skill and be able to work as team
