PEDDlED LIES
Wrapped in different fabrics
Life ushered him to this unsolved riddle matrix
Super fun graphics threaded on his baby suit
“Hope” was the word threaded on his outfit
Love at first sight, Suubi was the name he received
Right from the day of his nativity
On his sleeve he wore tenacity
His eyes were an expression of a fighter
Fast forward, just like any if us
His delight to dress in his first uniform
Was a full assurance of a bright future
With color and badges on classroom pews
Year after year, he arose in the morning few
Better was the promise in his pursuit
Fear was never near until he was asked to wait here
Two hours later only to be told, there’s no job here…
However, his belief his belief in the uniform was still vivid
Because this time, he had advanced to an overall
A safety cap and boots, since he was an engineer after all….
