A Rare Behavior

While cheetahs are renowned for their incredible speed on the open plains, it is quite rare to see them taking to the trees. This unique behavior is usually reserved for leopards, but in the Mara Triangle , the unexpected is often the rule. Seeing a cheetah survey its territory from such a high vantage point is a remarkable sight that few travelers get to witness.
