New dishes, new delights! ๐ฝ
F1: Seafood Affair - Panko breaded fish-fingers, lime & pepper squid, tempura prawns with tartar sauce, mango salsa & siracha dip.
F2: Vanilla Rice Pudding - Vanilla rice pudding served in a bath of rhubarb
sauce, served with poached pear & lime sorbet.
F3: Braised Ossobuco - Wine braised Ossobuco con gremolata, harissa mash & roasted vegetables.
F4: Algerian Piquant - Layered couscous, roasted butternut, Clare Jones
feta (Optional) with fresh green peppers, mint & pomegranate.
F5: Makhani Butter Chicken - Tender chicken bathed in a velvety tomato-butter
sauce, seasoned with aromatic Indian spices and a hint of cream. Paired with naan or
rice.
F6: ACEA BLT Sandwich - Bacon, lettuce, tomato & cucumber with a fried egg served in a croissant.
F7: Linguine con Gamberi - Linguine with prawns in a rich tomato sauce (Optional)
