This Year, Purpink Gifts has partnered with the Chase Bank Group and AMREF to bring you the Walk.

Funds raised from this walk will be driven towards The Stand Up For African Mothers campaign. The campaign which is an initiative by AMREF, seeks to train 15,000 midwives across Africa by 2015 and contribute towards the reduction of maternal deaths by at least 25%.

The walk will be a 10km and 5km stretch at Ngong Road Forest on 22 March 2014.

Matatus are on strike today, If you are in syokimau, get yourself to the railway station! The commuter train leaves at 9am. Charges to town are only 40/=. In other news, the 6.50am train was quite packed today at maximum capacity, we apologize for the numbers on board! Bear with us kindly. Have a lovely day.

well today we unfortunately have another delay but we should be up and running in a short while!

Unfortunately today the evening train will delay due to a mishap at the mukuru slum! We are awaiting the police to release the body of the affected tresspaser! We should be back in service shortly!
