Somalia. In Kenya alone we are currently recruiting over 20 independent Sales Partners affiliated to the Safariwatch brand
covering different regions and sectors promoting our brands. We have an award-winning e-commerce
business strategy that fully utilizes internet tools to leverage all our operations.
Regional Sales Partners
These are highly driven individuals with interest to run subscription-based projects that promise to pay very handsomely in your chosen region/ County. You will be a self employed Safariwatch Sales Partner. This commission based job gives you the freedom and flexibility to work from wherever, even from your home. You earn an ever growing monthly revenue that would make you live a comfortable and well-to-do lifestyle in your home area. You get opportunity to apply your Business Development skills within your Geographical area as your personal business leveraging on the Safariwatch brand and technology. The roles will be based in country wide
Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for prospecting and developing new accounts while managing and servicing existing outlets with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Conduct client visits for potential and existing in the assigned territory in order to achieve the territory given sales targets and ensure sustained business growth.
Achieve product availability targets for the assigned territory through identifying and negotiating listings and targets to drive and maintain sales volumes
Identify, negotiate, plan and execute activation opportunities such as promotions and demos with customers
Achieve required customer visit hit rate; call effectiveness and minimum sales in order to drive sales in volume and value.
Receive, follow up and resolve all customer queries and complaints in collaboration with the customer service team in an efficient manner.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the country manager to facilitate proper planning.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or higher in business a business related course.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales within a similar environment.
Experience in the Transport, Motor and IT sectors would be an added advantage.
Membership in a professional body would be an added advantage.
A clean and valid driving license added advantage
Practical experience in use of MS packages and other computer related applications
Competencies / Attributes
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Persuasion, negotiation and influencing Skills.
Drive for results with no excuses.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision, under pressure and meet deadlines.
High levels of professionalism with internal and external customers.
High level of integrity.

External – Clients , distributors, stockists
Work Environment: This is a field based role with limited Office time.
