The quality of every single cut of beef is exceptional. Even with the premium Wagyu, it never feels overly greasy; instead, it offers a flawless balance of rich marbling and flavor. The absolute highlight of the meal that truly blew me away was their creative "Wagyu & Scallop Sushi"—the rich aroma of Wagyu melts perfectly into the natural sweetness of the fresh scallop. It’s incredibly fresh and truly innovative!
Beyond the top-tier ingredients, the dining experience here is impeccable. 大阪難波最近新開了一間大型超級市場——Maruhachi（マルハチ）！

今次特意到現場實地拍攝，帶大家看看這間新超市究竟有甚麼特色。無論是食品、飲品、即食熟食、生活用品，貨品種類都相當齊全，而且價格亦十分合理。

更重要的是，這間超市距離APA Hotel & Resort〈大阪難波站前塔〉非常近。對於入住附近酒店的旅客來說，無論是購買早餐、宵夜、飲品，還是日常用品，都非常方便。

這次在大阪心齋橋品嚐了活松葉蟹套餐，無論是食材的新鮮度、料理手法、服務質素，還是整體用餐體驗，都令我非常滿意。

I recently tried a live Matsuba crab course in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, and I was genuinely impressed.

From the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of cooking styles to the excellent service and dining atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully executed.

What stood out most was the different ways the crab was prepared, allowing me to experience completely different flavors and textures throughout the meal.

It is certainly not cheap, but if you’re looking for a premium crab dining experience in Osaka, I believe it is absolutely worth it. ✨

【Lawson Matcha Latte 實試分享🍵】

見到 Lawson 推出這款 Matcha Latte，透明杯身配上抹茶漸層效果，賣相的確相當吸引，第一眼已經令人有想購買的衝動。

I recently tried this Matcha Latte from Lawson. The presentation looks great, with the transparent cup and beautiful matcha gradient that immediately catches your eye.

However, after tasting it, I found it fairly average. The flavor is quite light, with both the milk and matcha notes being rather mild. While it is refreshing and easy to drink, it lacks the rich and intense matcha flavor that many matcha lovers may be looking for.

If you usually enjoy strong matcha drinks, this probably won’t be your top choice. But if you’re curious about Lawson’s latest drinks or prefer lighter flavors, it’s still worth trying at least once.
