Namba is a massive terminal where many railways converge. Also known as “Minami”, it is home to bustling districts such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. In addition, the area of Shinsekai, where Tsutenkaku is located, is one of Osaka’s tourist attractions. Between Namba and Shinsekai lies Nippombashi, a commercial agglomeration area. Sakuragawa station is the first station from Osaka-Namba station on Hanshin Electric Railway and Namba station on Osaka Metro Sennichimae Line. Surprisingly, it is not well known that you can also transfer to Koya Line (Shiomibashi to Kishinosato-Tamade) at Shiomibashi station on Nankai Electric Railway. There is a shopping street called Orange Street on the north side of Sakuragawa station. Because Orange Street is located on the west side of America-mura, where many young people gather, many young people visit, and there are many boutiques for young people, shops selling accessories, and restaurants. Nankai Electric Railway Nishi-Tengachaya station is the first station on Koya Line (Shiomibashi to Kishinosato-Tamade) from Nankai Electric Railway’s Kishinosato-Tamade station. Osaka Metro Dobutsuen-mae station, also known as “Shinsekai”, is the nearest station to Shinsekai area, one of the leading tourist destinations in Osaka. Surprisingly, it is located very close to Shin-Imamiya station, where you can transfer to JR or Nankai Electric Railway. Shinsekai is located to the north of Dobutsuen-mae station, but there is also a shopping street on the south side, with many restaurants and karaoke pubs. Tsurumibashi shopping streets can be reached from Nankai Koya line Haginochaya station or Osaka Metro Yotsubashi line Hanazonocho station. Nankai Shiomibashi line Tsumori station rather can be useful to go there from another end of the streets. Nankai line connects between KIX and Namba, the center of Osaka city. Osaka Metro might have to be used to go anywhere in Osaka city and configures the main railway transportation network in Osaka city. Hanshin Namba line Chidoribashi station is the next station after Nishi-Kujo terminal. Around the west and the south sides of the station, there are a lot of shopping districts and restaurants that the local residents use on a daily. The Universal Studios Japan is also located in this ward. However, it’s too far to walk to the USJ, so take the Osaka city bus No.79 bound for Sakurajima 3-chome from Chidoribashi bus stop or take taxi to go to there.

Yahataya syoutengai (Yahataya shopping district) is nearly 400 meters west from Osaka Metro Chuo line Asashiobashi station. From Asashiobashi station, it will take only 3 stops to go to Osaka Kansai Expo station. The neighbours usually purchase their daily groceries, tools and miscellaneous goods at the arcade. Kujoh is a residential and industrial downtown area on the west side of Osaka city. There aren't any famous hotels, but there are a lot of small minpaku style (condominium like) accommodations. Osaka Metro Chuo line and Hanshin railway Namba line are useful to go anywhere from Kujoh. Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi line Dome-mae Chiyozaki station is also rather convenient for access to Shinsaibashi. During the summer season, professional baseball games are held at Kyocera dome Osaka stadium, which is within walking distance of Kujoh.
