Q & A:
Q: How long can one filter be used? Do you have any plans to resell it?
A: The usage time varies depending on the quality of air and the usage status, but it is about 8 to 16 hours. After crowdfunding, we plan to sell filters on the EC site. We will inform you through the activity report as soon as we are ready.
Q: Can it be washed and reused?
A: The silicone mask, top and bottom lids can be washed by boiling and alcohol disinfection.
Q: Does the fan make noise? Is it possible to answer the phone with the electric fan on?
A: The operating sound is up to 16db. If you answer the phone with the electric fan on, I think that the call effect will be slightly affected.
Q: Is there a Japanese version of the app?
A: Yes. Currently in development.
Q: Is there any age limit? Can children use it?
A: It can be used by children 7 years and older regardless of gender.
Q: Is there a product warranty?
A: There is a one-year warranty period after purchase. Regarding the malfunction of the product in the condition of use according to the instruction manual, we will repair and replace it at our expense.

A:空気の品質や使用状況によって、使用時間が変わってきますが、大体8～16時間になります。
Q:洗って、再利用することはできますか？
A:シリコン製のマスク、上蓋や下蓋は煮沸消毒やアルコール消毒により洗えてのご利用はできます。
Q:ファンの音はしますか？電動ファンをつけたまま、電話に出る時はできますか？
A:稼働音は16dbまでです。電動ファンをつけたまま、電話に出るには、通話効果に少しの影響は出ると思います。
Q:アプリの日本語バージョンはありますか？
A:あります。今開発中です。
Q:使用年齢の制限はありますか？子供も使えますか？
A:男女関係なく、7歳以上の子供からご利用いただけます。
