We have history of 64 years as a fashion materials maker. We, Chigasaki Woollen Spinning & Weaving Co.,Ltd. have asked together with our customers, under the theme "MADE BY CHIGASAKI" since our foundation on October 25, 1948, in the land of Chigasaki. Our head office is in Kyobashi,Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Chigasaki Woollen Spinning & Weaving Co.,Ltd. recalls the original point: our roots. The original point of the fashion production process is yarn. Even item, including textiles, knit, and lace,is made of individual yarns. We spin our own yarns, and produce textiles. We complete highly original textiles due to our un-compromising selection of materials. Our main materials are natural natural fibers, such as wool, cashmere, angora, mohair, alpaca, camel, silk, bamboo, rayon, and cotton . Further, by combining them with Japanese original synthetic fiber, acrylic, and acetate, we develop diversified textiles. We spin and produce worsted yarn, woolen yarn, looped yarn, boucle yarn, and nep yarn. Our research on yarn is both nature and high class oriented. Chigasaki textiles are woven with rich and shiniy yarn that does not lose its gloss even 　when touched by soiled hands, fine-quality yarn that is light as a feather even in large amount, and various other yarns. Further, through Chigasaki original processing and finishing, diversified textiles are completed. Here is the creation of Chigasaki original textiles using various finishes, such as Japanese
traditional handmade finish, and mysterious processing using chemical and bio powers.
