Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
Job Experience:
• Well experienced in the field of Freight Forwarding.
• Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.
• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
• Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
• Ability to respond effectively and in a timely manner to departmental needs, focusing on customer service.
• Ability to compile reports and compose general business correspondence.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as senior sales in Freight Forwarding (Sea, Air, land).
• Strong knowledge of market expertise and logistical constraints.
• Ability to maintain existing clients and to attract new ones.
• Well known analyzing inquires.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers.
• Excellent computer skills.
• A university degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent written & verbal English and Arabic.
• Hard worker with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and dynamic.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
