In order to implement his Majesty King Abdullah II vision in creating a modern investment climate in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ), the National Real Estate Company (NREC)of Kuwait in partnership with Aqaba Development Corporation (ADC) of Jordan consider the establishment of Aqaba National Real Estate Projects Company (ANREPCO) as a promising inves
tment opportunity that will contribute positively to the economic and social prosperity of Jordan in general and Aqaba city in particular. (ANREPCO)
• Established in July,2006 as a private shareholding company with a registered capital of nearly (37million US Dollars).
• Governed by a Board of Directors, and owned by (NREC) 70% and (ADC) 30%.
• ANREPCO was founded to serve present and future needs of investors and businesses in real estate, warehousing, cold stores, developed land, commercial and, light & medium industrial facilities in Aqaba.
• Operating in Aqaba Special Economic Zone (ASEZ), and responsible for developing two major real estate projects with total area 2 million square meters Namely :
A- "South AQABA Investment Park"
1. Located (12km) south east of Aqaba city center, (6 km) from Aqaba Containers Port, and just near the Trucks Road that connects Aqaba city with neighboring Saudi Arabia to the south, and Amman city and other neighboring countries to the north.
2. Total area of the project is (1.5) million square meters of developed land equipped with necessary infrastructure networks.
3. The Project is developed as a "Gated Business Park", with many supporting services for business located within.
4. Facilities and areas include the followings:
- Modern and qualified warehousing units with flexible areas for storage activities.
- Developed and serviced plots of land for industrial and storage activities.
- Developed Stander Factory Buildings (SFBs) for light & medium industries with flexible areas
- Developed and serviced plots of land for open storage.
- Reserved areas for cold storage with flexible areas

1. Located (7km) north of Aqaba city center, (2km) east of King Hussein International Airport (KHIA).
2. Total area of the project is (534,000 square meters) of developed land with infrastructure networks.
