Truck Driver
RAVE Wholesale and Distributors Ltd. is seeking a qualified Truck Driver.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Required qualifications and skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid open general driver's license
• Clean driving record.
• 5 years driving Experience
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for loading and offloading trucks
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring all aspects of store operations
to ensure continued growth and profitability of the location.
• Implementing basic guidelines of customer service.
• Manage inventory of stock.
• Marketing/merchandising, and profit control.
• Personally liable for P&L Statement results.
• Maintained and balanced cash drawer.
• Checking the movement of products and maintaining proper availability of all the
items.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of a Bachelors’ degree in commerce or related discipline is required.
• Several years of relevant store management experience required.
• Proficient in standard office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Details oriented.
• Successful demonstration of the 8 management competencies (Business
Insight/Problem Solving, Communication Skills, Delegation, Flexibility, Human
Relation Skills, Leadership, Management Control, Planning & Organization).
