When you have any problems with your computer, who do you call for help or computer support? Here is a sample service call! - 1876-560-0735 Alice called me 6pm one evening. She was working on a project that was due the next day. She was there after hours. She was panicked. Because she got this message on her screen. She called direct to my cell phone. She described the situation. I connected to her computer. It was a fairly simple problem to fix. Within a few minutes she was back to work and happy. And she asked is my boss gonna get hit with a big bill? And I told her no. We just charge the normal rate even if it’s after hours.
