💳 PAYMENTS & TRANSFERS
24-Hour Rule: Bank transfers must be completed within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
No Pay, No Stamp: Settle your balance to earn those Digital Loyalty Stamps! 🏆
Balance Hold: Accounts with balances over 5 days will pause new clearances.

🎉 WE'RE BACK ON THE ROAD! DELIVERY RESTARTS! 🎉

Great news, LnC Freight customers! Our dedicated delivery vehicle has been successfully repaired and is officially back in service! 🛠️🚚

This means we are restarting our delivery service immediately!

Here's what you need to know:

⏰ Delivery Hours: 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.

ℹ️ Weekend Deadline: Request your delivery before we close on Fridays.

✅ Status Check: Your package must be marked as "Ready for Pickup/Delivery."

Thank you for being so patient during our vehicle's maintenance period. We are excited to offer this service again and get your packages to you quickly!

📢 IMPORTANT: Peak Season Shipping Update! 📢

As we dive deep into the holiday rush, our warehouse is experiencing an exceptionally high volume of incoming packages! 📦📦📦

Our dedicated LnC Freight team is working extended hours and has brought on additional staff to process everything as quickly as possible.

What this means for you:

Processing Backlog: Please anticipate a 24 to 72-hour delay in the time it takes for packages to reflect on your dashboard.

Partial Shipments: Packages may arrive as separate shipments as flights are being filled, which is causing some packages to be bumped to the next available flight.

Flight Guarantee: We are committed to minimizing disruption to your delivery schedule. We have chartered a dedicated aircraft to help expedite the movement of our cargo into Jamaica and mitigate flight delays.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to get your items home for the holidays.

✈️ AIR FREIGHT CUT-OFF:
For guaranteed pre-Christmas arrival, packages must be DELIVERED to our warehouse by December 18, 2025.

Final Drop-Off to Airline Before Break: Dec 23, 2025.
