A2B is back up and fully operational.

A huge thank you to the EVie team for jumping into action today and helping keep the service moving during the outage. Also a massive thank you to our customers who showed patience and flexibility while we manually managed bookings behind the scenes.

It wasn’t the seamless experience we aim to provide, but together we overcame the issue and continued delivering journeys across the island.

Everything is now back up and running as expected.

We’re aware of an issue currently impacting parts of the EVie A2B fleet, where some vehicles are not updating their live location in the app as quickly or accurately as expected.

Our team is actively working on a fix and we appreciate your patience while we resolve the glitch.
