Dopo 4 anni e mezzo, ormai conosciamo bene il linguaggio del nostro Riro. ❤️
Eppure, ogni volta che parte con i suoi gorgheggi e quei versetti tutti suoi, riesce sempre a strapparci una risata.

Abbiamo imparato a capire quando è felice, quando vuole giocare, quando cerca attenzioni… e anche quei suoi mordicchi sono diventati un modo tutto suo per cercare il contatto con noi.

Alla fine è proprio vero: vivere con un cane significa imparare una nuova lingua. 🐾

After 4 and a half years, we know our Riro’s language pretty well by now. ❤️

And yet, every time he starts making his little trills and all those funny sounds of his, he still manages to make us smile.

We’ve learned to understand when he’s happy, when he wants to play, when he’s looking for attention… and even those little playful nibbles have become his own special way of connecting with us.

It really is true: living with a dog means learning a whole new language. 🐾

Ragù ha una lista di cose che non sopporta:

Essere provocato.
Essere preso in giro.
Essere toccato.
Essere baciato.
Essere ignorato.

Essere… praticamente qualsiasi cosa. 😂

Andrea, però, conosce perfettamente tutti i suoi punti deboli.
E naturalmente decide di testarli uno per uno.

Diciamo che la pazienza di Ragù ha un limite.
Il compito di Andrea è quello di testarlo. 🐾

Ragù has a list of things he can’t stand:

Being teased.
Being made fun of.
Being touched.
Being kissed.
Being ignored.

Basically… pretty much everything. 😂

Andrea, however, knows all of his weak spots perfectly.
And naturally, he decides to test them one by one.

Let’s just say Ragù’s patience has its limits.
Andrea’s job is to find out exactly where that limit is. 🐾

Ogni volta ci ripromettiamo la stessa cosa: stavolta non ci caschiamo.
Poi lui inizia.

Uno sguardo. Un altro sguardo. L’attesa infinita. La pressione psicologica. 😂

Noi proviamo a resistere, lui sa perfettamente che è solo questione di tempo.
E alla fine… indovinate chi vince sempre? 🐾❤️

A volte i piccoli gesti nascono senza pensarci. ❤️

Eravamo seduti al bar quando ci siamo accorti che una vespa era rimasta intrappolata dentro una zuccheriera.
Avremmo potuto ignorarla.
Invece abbiamo aperto la zuccheriera e l’abbiamo lasciata volare via.

Per alcuni è solo una vespa.
Per altri è una piccola anima. 🐝

Perché alla fine anche i piccoli gesti contano.

E, come diciamo sempre:
L’amore è fatto di piccoli gesti. ❤️

Sometimes, small gestures happen without even thinking about them. ❤️

We were sitting at a café when we noticed that a wasp had gotten trapped inside a sugar dispenser.
We could have simply ignored her.
Instead, we opened it and let her fly away.

For some, it’s just a wasp.
For others, it’s a little soul. 🐝

Because in the end, even small gestures matter.

And, as we always say:
Love is made of small gestures. ❤️

Una carta cade per terra.
E provare a riprendersela diventa improvvisamente una trattativa molto delicata. 😂
Ragù protesta, ma poi abbiamo capito tutto: quella carta gli serviva davvero.

Eravamo convinti di essere in due a giocare a UNO, ma a quanto pare c’è un terzo giocatore che vuole partecipare e... barare?

Noi cerchiamo semplicemente di entrare, ascoltare, conoscere e poi raccontare.

Perché alla fine è proprio questo che continuiamo a imparare, missione dopo missione:

l’amore è fatto di piccoli gesti. ❤️

Oggi è la Giornata Mondiale del Cane. 🐶❤️

Li chiamiamo “cani”, ma chi ha la fortuna di condividere la propria vita con loro sa che questa parola, a volte, sembra quasi troppo piccola.

Entrano nelle nostre giornate, nelle nostre abitudini, nei nostri momenti più belli e in quelli più difficili.
E quasi senza accorgercene, diventano famiglia. ❤️

Poi un giorno ci rendiamo conto che immaginare la nostra vita senza di loro è diventato semplicemente impossibile.
Per noi quel piccolo grande pezzo di famiglia si chiama Ragù. ❤️

Today is International Dog Day. 🐶❤️

We call them “dogs”, but anyone lucky enough to share their life with one knows that sometimes, that word just feels too small.

They become part of our days, our routines, our happiest moments and our hardest ones too.
And almost without realizing it, they become family. ❤️

Then one day, we realize that imagining our life without them has simply become impossible.
For us, that little big piece of our family is called Ragù. ❤️

Non sappiamo esattamente cosa sia successo. 😂

Sappiamo solo che a un certo punto a Ragù il pelo è cresciuto solo sulla schiena...
Noi diciamo che è la sua metà maltese che è emersa, ma chissà se sia frutto di qualche esperimento scientifico top secret 🧐🤣

Noi ci siamo abituati, ma a volte, quando è proprio tanto spettinato, ci fa comunque ridere.

We don’t know exactly what happened. 😂

All we know is that, at some point, Ragù’s fur decided to grow only along his back...

We like to say it’s his Maltese half finally showing itself, but who knows... maybe he’s the result of some top-secret scientific experiment. 🧐🤣

We’re used to it by now, but sometimes, when his fur gets really messy, it still makes us laugh.

Crediamo che Ragù abbia nostalgia di casa… 😂

Lo vediamo malinconico, pensieroso, con quello sguardo perso nel vuoto.

Forse gli manca il suo paese natale.
Forse sente la saudade di Cittadella. 🇧🇷😂

C’è solo un piccolo dettaglio: è di Padova, non è mica brasiliano.

A questo punto la diagnosi può essere una sola:
saudade o fame? 😂

At this point, there can only be one diagnosis:
saudade or hunger? 😂
