We're proud to announce that Jay Swank has joined ReeR North America, part of ReeR Safety, as General Manager.
Jay brings two decades of industrial automation experience and a proven track record of opening new markets from the ground up — building commercial operations, distributor networks, and go-to-market strategies where none existed before. He pairs that market-building expertise with a hands-on engineering background, giving him a rare combination of technical credibility and commercial discipline.
That combination makes Jay the ideal leader to build ReeR's next chapter in North America.
