Meet Giuseppe & Silvestro! 💙🌊

Get to know two members of the MBS Blu Charter family!

Giuseppe is one of the newest additions to our team. Friendly, cheerful, and full of energy, he’s here to share the fascinating legends and stories of Capri with our guests.

Alongside him is our Captain Silvestro, one of the most experienced captains in our company. He has spent his entire life at sea, starting his career as a fisherman before joining the MBS Blu Charter family several years ago.

Together, they combine local knowledge, experience, and a passion for the sea to make every tour a memorable one. ⚓✨

Alessandro chose to work with us because he loves the sea, the sun, the wind on his face, and the freedom that only a day on a boat can give. 🌊⚓️

With his positive energy and his smile, every day he has one simple goal: to give our guests an unforgettable experience.

Because that’s who Alessandro is: always ready to give his best, with a strength that comes from the challenges life has put in front of him. ❤️

There are people who simply drive a boat… and then there are people who turn a day at sea into a special memory. 🌊☀️

Vittorio is exactly that.
Always smiling, full of energy, funny, and naturally able to make everyone feel comfortable from the very first moment. ⚓😄

Charming, experienced, and a true sea expert, he’s always ready to make you laugh and create an authentic, fun, and relaxed atmosphere on board.

Vincenzo is one of those rare people who truly belongs to the sea.
A former fisherman, today he brings his experience, stories, and unmistakable spirit to every moment on board. ⚓🌊

With his genuine smile, warm personality, and deep knowledge of these waters, he has a special way of making every guest feel welcome.
And it happens every time: guests come on board as clients and leave with a new friend. ☀️

And if you’ve sailed with him before, you’ve probably already heard his iconic phrase:
“VOT E MAN!” 😄

To us, Vincenzo is not just part of the crew.
He’s part of the family. 💫
