🌡️ Tutti i nostri depositi sono dotati di misuratori di temperatura connessi alla 𝗽𝗶𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗔𝗹𝗽, che monitora in tempo reale le condizioni all'interno dei magazzini.
🍷 Per i vini disponiamo di celle a temperatura controllata, mantenute costanti a 16°C: la condizione ideale per preservarne struttura e qualità.
🔔 In caso di anomalie, il sistema genera un alert immediato, così possiamo intervenire prima che diventi un problema.

🍷 For wines, we have temperature-controlled cells kept at a constant 16°C: the ideal condition to preserve their structure and quality.

Abbiamo completato i lavori di ampliamento e potenziamento interno del nostro deposito di Vigasio, con l’installazione di nuove scaffalature antisismiche e soluzioni dedicate al picking beverage.
L’intervento nasce per rispondere alla crescita dei nostri clienti e per rendere le attività di stoccaggio, preparazione ordini e gestione delle referenze ancora più efficienti.
Il nuovo layout è stato progettato per aumentare capacità e performance operative:
🔹 Scaffalature antisismiche certificate, a tutela di merci e operatori
🔹 Aumento della capacità di stoccaggio per gestire volumi crescenti
🔹 Scaffali picking dedicati a cartoni e piccole referenze, pensati per ottimizzare lo spazio e velocizzare la preparazione ordini
🔹 Percorsi intelligenti e ottimizzati, per ridurre distanze, tempi di movimentazione e attività non produttive
🔹 Picking più rapido, sicuro ed ergonomico, con referenze posizionate in modo logico secondo rotazione e frequenza di prelievo
🔹 Aumento delle performance operative, sia in fase di stoccaggio che di preparazione ordine
A supporto del nuovo setup, il nostro portale YouALP Logistic Control, con intelligenza artificiale integrata, permette una gestione sempre più predittiva delle referenze: abbassamenti, spostamenti e riposizionamenti vengono organizzati in base alla rotazione dei prodotti, portando le referenze più movimentate nelle posizioni più accessibili.
Un ulteriore passo avanti per rendere la logistica beverage sempre più efficiente, digitale e controllata.

We have completed the internal upgrade and expansion works at our Vigasio warehouse, with the installation of new anti-seismic racking systems and dedicated solutions for beverage picking.
This investment was designed to support the growth of our customers and make storage, order preparation and SKU management even more efficient.
The new layout has been developed to increase both capacity and operational performance:
🔹 Certified anti-seismic racking systems, protecting both goods and operators
🔹 Increased storage capacity to manage growing volumes
🔹 Dedicated picking racks for cartons and smaller references, designed to optimize space and speed up order preparation
🔹 Smart and optimized picking routes, reducing distances, handling times and non-productive activities
🔹 Faster, safer and more ergonomic picking, with SKUs positioned according to rotation and picking frequency
🔹 Higher operational performance, both in storage and order preparation
Supporting the new setup, our YouALP Logistic Control portal, with integrated artificial intelligence, enables increasingly predictive SKU management: replenishments, relocations and repositioning activities are organized based on product rotation, bringing the fastest-moving references to the most accessible locations.
Another important step forward in making beverage logistics more efficient, digital and fully controlled.

Nelle prossime settimane presenteremo diverse nuove funzionalità pensate per rendere il lavoro dei nostri clienti ancora più 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗲 𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼.
Una delle novità più apprezzate è sicuramente il nuovo 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁.
Con questa funzione, i nostri clienti possono dare accesso direttamente ai propri agenti, che possono operare in autonomia all’interno del portale: verificare lo stock disponibile, inserire nuovi clienti, gestire merce omaggio e merce promozionale, consultare le foto dei prodotti e inserire gli ordini direttamente nel sistema.
Allo stesso tempo, il cliente dispone di un portale admin dedicato, dal quale può gestire tutte le impostazioni principali, come prezzi, scontistiche e regole operative, mantenendo così il pieno controllo sull’intero processo.
Quando un agente inserisce un ordine, il flusso è immediato e controllato: l’ordine può essere inoltrato 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗘𝗗𝗜, ma anche inviato via e-mail al cliente e all’agente stesso.
Inoltre, è possibile impostare l’ordine in standby, così il cliente lo può revisionare direttamente nel portale e confermare manualmente prima della sua evasione. In questo modo ha sempre il controllo su ciò che la propria rete vendita sta inserendo.
A completare il sistema, il Portale Agent offre anche strumenti di analisi vendite dedicati agli agenti, utili per monitorare le performance e supportare in modo semplice e trasparente anche il calcolo delle provvigioni.
Il risultato finale è chiaro: niente doppi passaggi, meno perdite di tempo, costi contenuti, più controllo e nessuna necessità di acquistare un software dedicato per la rete vendita.

One of the most appreciated new features is certainly the new 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹.
With this function, our customers can give direct access to their sales agents, who can work independently within the portal: checking available stock, entering new customers, managing free goods and promotional items, viewing product photos and entering orders directly into the system.
At the same time, the customer has access to a dedicated admin portal, where they can manage all the main settings, such as prices, discount structures and operational rules, while maintaining full control over the entire process.
When an agent enters an order, the workflow is immediate and controlled: the order can be sent 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗘𝗗𝗜, but it can also be forwarded by e-mail to both the customer and the agent.
In addition, the order can be placed in standby, so the customer can review it directly in the portal and manually confirm it before processing. This means they always keep control over what their sales network is entering.
To complete the system, the Agent Portal also includes sales analysis tools dedicated to agents, useful for monitoring performance and supporting a simple and transparent commission calculation process.
The final result is clear: no duplicate steps, less time wasted, controlled costs, more visibility and no need to purchase dedicated software for the sales force.
