Yes, we spent a little extra to get the experience of riding in a tuk tuk in Bangkok! The kids loved it and I’m so glad that they are experiencing some of the firsts that I did when I was younger. We hitched a ride on our way to Icon Paragon in downtown Bangkok. These are more expensive than getting a ride share like grab so keep that in mind when looking at your budget.

Yes we genuinely waited to get his haircut in Thailand because we knew we could get much better quality for a much lower price. We are currently loving our time here and feel very at home. Keep watching for more Thailand adventures!

This January our family had the privilege of visiting St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands and what a blessing it was. From swimming in the ocean to giving pigs beer we explored and adventured our way across the island.

I had the pivledge yesterday of seeing the Roman Colosseum and it was honestly an experience of a lifetime. Visiting Italy in the off season, I didn’t book the ticket until a few minutes before entry. It was still busy but I am so glad I was visiting in December instead of the heat of the summer with summer level crowds. The ticket I purchased included 3 separate entries, and I’m gonna be honest, this was cool but the other sites were cooler (watch my insta for more). This is a must do splurge on your next holiday. Tickets for all three sites were $46.
