😀Put aside 15-20 minutes of undisturbed sitting once or twice a day. The point is to focus on your breath and allow your thoughts to move away from your awareness. It's pretty hard to do, that's why it's called practice. The aim, however, is to bring yourself back to present consciousness and to drift away from all that comes into your thoughts and feelings. At the very least, you're giving yourself some respite from your daily routine, and that's a gift to many of us ourselves.

Even if doing so for many of the activities you do during the day is too time consuming, pause to allow one or two activities to be fully present.
