ISLA and its port terminal operator, Europea Servizi Terminalistici (EST), are expanding their port teams in Sicily, and we are looking for more women to join us as crane operators, gate operators, and reach stacker drivers.

Why?

Because port operations are built on skill, precision, teamwork, and safety – not gender. At EST and ISLA, we believe that diverse teams communicate smarter, perform better, and bring perspectives that strengthen our operations every day.

Beautiful triplets in Sicily. 😉

Using two mobile cranes for tandem lifts, the ISLA team just discharged three massive transformers in Mazara del Vallo and carefully loaded them onto trucks for the on-carriage.

Well done, guys! Thanks a lot to our customer and everyone involved!

🎉 Congratulations to our colleague Maria Messina – our Quiz Champion! ⭐️

Maria finished first on our internal quiz focused on goals that truly matter to ISLA and EST, including:

🌱 Corporate governance

This quiz was part of an exciting team event, where colleagues from EST and ISLA gathered in Augusta on Saturday. We had good company, good food, and a lot of fun (karaoke!) – but we also looked at some serious stuff.

For example, we discussed important goals that we, as leading service providers in the renewable energy sector, constantly pursue. The highest standards of quality, sustainability, and emission control are paramount to us — not only for business reasons, but because we believe in them.

Thank you to all the ISLA and EST team members who made the day in Augusta so special! We appreciate your hard work and dedication.

Mission completed: Our teams in Vasto just loaded 15 wind turbine towers onto MV Adriatic.

This time, ISLA supported the green transition by:
