I loved my trip to Bordeaux, but there's one thing I'd do differently next time…

I love exploring new destinations, I've recently discovered I absolutely love cruising, I'm a lifelong Man City fan, and you'll often find me out walking Finnley along the coast. 🐕

I enjoy getting dressed up for a nice dinner, but I'm just as happy somewhere relaxed with a great view.

And yes, I can happily talk about travel for hours. 😀

What's more important to you when booking a trip, the price or the fit?

I'm honest about this one. If the lowest price is all that matters, I may not be the right fit.

What I focus on instead is the right hotel, the right pace, and the right level of support if something changes.

And choosing what’s right for you doesn’t necessarily mean spending more.
It means spending your money in the right places.

But the aim is to find the trip that's actually right, not just the cheapest one on the page that day.

Price is a number. Fit is a judgement.

And whatever right looks like for you, this can be customised to your requirements.

Don't let sea sickness put you off cruising 🚢😅

Before my first cruise this year, sea sickness was the thing I was most worried about.

I even took tablets on the first day, just in case!
Didn't need them at all. Most of the time I couldn't even tell I was on a ship.

So if that's what's putting you off, don't write cruising off just yet, you might be surprised. 😉

Does the idea of jumping out of a plane excite you more than lying on a beach? 🎢

Bungee jumping in Queenstown. Skydiving over the Palm in Dubai. A Via Ferrata climb through the Dolomites. Shark cage diving off Cape Town. Zip-lining through the canopy in Costa Rica.

The view at the top is just the bonus. The real thing is how alive you feel getting there.
