We were the first in the world that created a Riva Fleet for a luxury rental service with Captain. For four generations Erio Matteri’s family has crafted wooden boats in the same cantiere (shipyard) on the shores of Lake Como. Now specialised in the restoration and care of mahogany Riva speedboats, Cantiere Matteri’s restorations regularly feature in film and fashion – chances are that you’ve seen

one already. Aside from restoration, the cantiere provides a variety of services to its clients from its Yacht Club Eriolario, a purpose-built lakefront facility designed for the particular needs of our clientele. A unique long-term valet service puts vessels in the cantiere’s care year-round. When not in use, a boat is kept under covered dry storage at the Yacht Club, and will be fuelled and available for use directly from the Yacht Club’s pontoons whenever desired. During dry storage and in particular over the winter months, clients may request cleaning, maintenance and repair of the vessel and engines to have the boat ready and gleaming as the spring season opens. Boats may also be collected for winter storage from locations across Europe and re-delivered in spring. Where clients prefer not to drive their vessel themselves, the Yacht Club can provide captains with long experience of wooden vessels who know Lake Como and its moorings well. The Yacht Club also offers chauffeured boat hire and water taxi services on the lake from among its own fleet of Riva speedboats.

Un nuovo evento al Circolo Culturale Nautico “Amos Matteri 1919” di Lezzeno: il 28 febbraio alle ore 16:30 si svolgerà la presentazione del libro “Cortina 1956. Le prime Olimpiadi bianche in Italia” inserito nelle prestigiose Olimpiadi Culturali di Milano Cortina 2026, alla presenza di Eleonora De Filippis, curatrice e co-autrice del volume.

All’incontro, oltre alla curatrice e co-autrice Eleonora De Filippis, saranno presenti: Rev.mo Monsignore Angelo Riva della Diocesi di Como, Alessandro Fermi, Assessore all’Università, Ricerca e Innovazione della Regione Lombardia, Alessandro Rapinese, Sindaco del Comune di Como, Erio Matteri, Fondatore dello Yacht Club Eriolario.

Modererà l’incontro il giornalista Alessandro Cannavò, Caporedattore del Corriere della Sera. Interverranno inoltre numerosi personaggi del mondo dello sport, della cultura e delle Istituzioni.

Sabato 20 Settembre 2025 è stata presentata la mostra "DONNE AI GIOCHI" E "CERIMONIE DEI GIOCHI" NELL'AMBITO DEL PROGETTO "SPORT MOVIES & TV - CULTURE THROUGH OLYMPISM" REALIZZATA DALLA FICTS, Fédération Internationale Cinéma Télévision Sportifs, OSPITATA NELLO STORICO YACHT CLUB ERIOLARIO in Lezzeno.
