Provisioning has become personal.

Organic produce, vegan alternatives, specific dietary requirements, preferred brands, local specialties… Today, a provisioning list often says as much about the guests on board as it does about what needs to be delivered.

And the more specific the request, the more local knowledge matters.

Knowing who to call, where to find the right products and how to get them to the yacht at the right time is all part of the job — especially during the busiest weeks of the Mediterranean season.

Because good provisioning isn't simply about filling a list. It's about getting the details right.

Sometimes, the value of local support is measured in time.

Earlier this week, the Captain of M/Y ROCCO asked if a provisioning delivery could be brought forward.

Our team reorganized the schedule and delivered earlier than planned. Shortly afterwards, we received these words from the Captain.

Sometimes, gaining just a little time allows the entire crew to work more efficiently—and ultimately deliver an even better experience for their guests.

For the second consecutive year, we were proud to join the Novamarine Padel Cup as an official partner in Porto Cervo.

With an office in Porto Cervo, Sardinia has become an important part of our day-to-day operations and one of the key locations where we support yachts throughout the season. Being part of this event alongside Novamarine therefore feels especially meaningful.

The yachting industry is built on relationships.

Relationships grow through shared experiences, open conversations and trust developed over time. Events like these are an opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners, meet new faces and strengthen the network that helps us deliver the level of service our clients expect.
