Transfer of this Pershing 50.1 from Fiumicino to Talamone. The boat had recently spent the winter season at our shipyard, undergoing a partial refit. Exteriors polishing, new external upholstery, engine and surface drives maintenance, interior leather walls restoration are just an example of the many works that have been completed.

Replacing old and damaged propeller shaft rubber bearings on this Alfamarine 50’. The work was carried out by our mechanical department and required necessarily the shafts removal in order to replace the bearings.

Sea trials on board this Magnum Marine 40’ from 1991 that has been recently repowered with SeaTek 725hp engines. The engine replacement was carried out entirely by our team: from the preliminary study and purchase of the engines, to the installation on board and finally to the testing and sea trials. With new propellers and Arneson Drives, the boat reaches a top speed of 48 knots.

MonteCarlo 30’ from 1989 refit update: first step of the hull restoration. After spending an entire year in the water, the boat presented a thick layer of vegetation and dirt. Our team started the full hull cleaning treatment consisting in the pressure washing of the fiberglass surfaces, propellers, rudders and shafts. Then, because of several signs of hosmosis on the hull, a full sandblasting process was needed to remove old layers of antifouling and epoxy primer.

Before and after pictures of this Alfamarine 47’ partial refit. Our team has recently completed several works on this boat including: hull sides repaint from the original glossy blue to a satin light grey finish, lengthening of the fiberglass stern platform following the original design and some minor white gel-coat repairs.

Pre-delivery sea trials on board this Pershing 50.1 from 2012. The boat has recently changed owner and was partially refitted. In particular, the boat suffered difficulty in getting on plane and lower top speed due to wrong propellers. Our team assessed the problem and fixed the issue after modifying the propeller pitch.

The first Magnum Marine 63’ refit involved a complete reconstruction of the interior. The existing interior was fully dismantled, allowing the cabin layout to be completely redesigned and reconfigured. The new interior features whitened oak finishes combined with wengé flooring.

Launching a Sunseeker 46’ Portofino after being stored at our yard during last season. In addition to the standard yearly engine and generator service, the boat also needed some maintenance to its propulsion system: our team replaced the propeller shaft bushings, replaced the shaft rubber seals and dismounted the propellers to be repaired, overhauled and balanced by a specialized workshop. We also took care of updating the safety equipment, in particular: life raft servicing and fire suppression system replacement.

(1/3) One of our most successful refit projects: 1986 Magnum Marine 63’, completely restored and transformed at our shipyard. The works included: installation of new MTU 1550 hp engines, replacement of all engine room systems, new fuel tanks, complete exteriors repaint, new windshield, completely transformed external cockpit, new tender lift, new gangway and many other.
