IEMCA designs and produces automatic bar feeders since 1961 and today it is the worldwide leader for every type of application for lathes, machining centers, grindings, gear cutters, and other types of machine tools. A new Iemca MAESTRO 80/32 MP bar feeder is being prepared for installation on a DN Solutions PUMA 2600 LSY II lathe in Kazakhstan.
The pre-installation and integration checks were carried out by the Bucci Industries Korea team, helping ensure that the system will be ready for its final installation at the customer’s facility.

Installation focus in Haute-Savoie!

Discover one of our latest installations, combining an Index G 220-2 lathe with an IEMCA MAESTRO 80 bar feeder, equipped with the Open Access Bundle (OAB) magazine.

The installation was completed at a major company operating in high-tech industries. Active in strategic and fast-growing sectors such as aerospace and nuclear, the company applies its expertise to the most demanding requirements, including the machining of particularly complex materials.

This combination helps optimize production times, increase productivity and ensure fully compliant machined parts thanks to a high level of precision, while also supporting operator comfort and safety.

The IEMCA OAB magazine provides maximum autonomy thanks to an optimized loading capacity that allows loading operations to be carried out during masked time. Una giornata di approfondimento dedicata alle nuove sfide introdotte dal passaggio alle leghe Lead Free e al loro impatto sull’intero processo di lavorazione.
Con il nostro team contribuiremo al confronto con un intervento dedicato a “Le soluzioni Iemca per una nuova sfida di lavorazione”, portando il punto di vista dell’automazione all’interno di un percorso che coinvolge i diversi attori della filiera.
