Ein weitläufiger Garten von über 20.000 qm umgibt das Haus. Auto und Räder können hier abgestellt werden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle der Buslinien nach Punta Sabbioni und Jesolo. Von dort gelangt
man mit öffentlichen Linienschiffen (Punta Sabbioni) nach Lido, Venedig oder den Inseln Murano und Burano oder mit Linienbussen (Jesolo) nach Venedig oder das Hinterland. Nützliche Tipps zu Ausflügen oder Gastronomie kann Patrizia geben, die auch perfekt deutsch spricht. Nach Absprache denkbar sind auch fachkundige Führungen oder eine Besichtigung des mehr als 600 Jahre alten jüdische Friedhofs in Lido von Venedig. It disposes of two rooms, each one with its own bath room. The bigger one is disposed on two levels and offers comfortable space for up to 4 persons. The house is situated in a garden of more than 20.000 sqm which is completely fenced. There you may leave car and/or bicycles. Bus stop for busses to Jesolo or Punta Sabbioni is situated in front of the house. At Punta Sabbioni you may catch the public ship to Lido, Venice or the islands Murano and Burano. Useful indications on 'must-see-spots' as well as for where to have lunch are given with great pleasure by Patrizia. Even such very special spots like the more than 600 years old Jewish cemetery of Lido of Venice might be possible to visit if the local management agrees to it. La casa spaziosa è stata ristrutturata completamente e ha a disposizione due stanze con bagno separato. Una delle due stanze offre spazio per 4 persone. Il giardino della casa è di ca. 20.000 mq, completamente chiuso, quindi la macchina rimane al riparo. Davanti alla casa c' è la fermata del pulmann per Punta Sabbioni oppure Jesolo. A Punta Sabbioni si prende la nave per arrivare a Lido, Venezia oppure le isole Murano e Burano. Patrizia vi può dare consigli su posti da visitare oppure trattorie, ristoranti dove si mangia bene.
