In more than 70 years of company history, starting out as a small local haulier, FERCAM has become one of Europe´s integrated logistic leaders: an evolution set out with complete loads on road and rail, passed on to national and international road deliveries, followed by air and ocean freights, consolidated by the opening of numerous and large logistic centres.

On 29 October, FERCAM will join transport and logistics professionals from across Europe at Cargo Conference Belgrade 2026 – Multimodal 360°, an event dedicated to the future of increasingly integrated, resilient and sustainable supply chains.

Our Branch Manager Vera Vujasić will take part in the panel discussion “Does the system follow the cargo? Institutions and regional connectivity in the service of more efficient transport”, bringing together representatives from institutions and international organisations to explore how stronger regional cooperation can help make cross-border freight flows more efficient.

We look forward to exchanging perspectives, connecting with industry partners and contributing to the discussion on the next moves for European transport and logistics.

Colleagues from Bolzano, Austria, Albania, Sweden and Germany came together at the Augustinerhalle in Munich to enjoy one of Bavaria’s most iconic traditions: Oktoberfest! 🥨🍻

Dressed in traditional dirndls and lederhosen, we embraced the festive atmosphere, reconnected with colleagues from across our international network and shared memorable moments that strengthened our bonds beyond everyday work.

Different countries, one great team!

Becoming a parent rewires the way you think about priorities and time. At FERCAM, we believe this moment deserves more than a congratulations card.

The first pilot edition of our coaching programme for new parents is now underway in Italy. Its purpose is to accompany colleagues through one of life's deepest transitions and help them turn it into greater awareness and new resources, at home and at work.

Anyone who has rescheduled an entire day around a newborn knows a thing or two about resilience and real-time replanning, but with the right support, these skills become a lever for solid, lasting performance in every field.

Say “impact of transport” and everyone pictures trucks and fuels. But for our sixth year in a row at Rom-E, we showed up at Villa Borghese with a workbench, to show another side of how logistics can tackle its footprint.

Our social enterprise Echo Labs ran upcycling workshops where visitors of all ages got their hands on recovered wood and turned it into something new.

Thanks to everyone who picked up a tool and joined the fun!

Two days at Divčibare, and our FERCAM Serbia team swapped everyday routes for mountain trails 🧭

Split into teams for an orienteering challenge, colleagues raced between checkpoints with maps in hand, and the top crews went home with an award. There was also time for a workshop on team identity and shared values, and for the most heartfelt moment of the event: the "Best Colleague" award, voted by the team itself.

The evening closed with music and a final award ceremony. Strong teams are built on shared experiences, and this was a great one!

Seven years ago FERCAM opened its branch in Ukraine. More than four of those years have been lived under war.

Blackouts, air raid alerts and routes that could change overnight became part of the daily routine for our Kyiv team. The trucks kept rolling all the same, keeping Ukrainian companies connected to European markets.

Happy 7th birthday, FERCAM Kyiv. Here's to a brighter future and many, many more miles together 🎂💪

Every day our teams keep goods moving across 23 countries, often working together from different branches without the chance to meet in person. Once again, the FERCAM CUP brought us together to catch up and share a day of fun on the pitch ⚽🏐😎

The football and green volley tournaments set the pace, while families enjoyed a full programme of activities for the kids and some well-deserved time by the pool. The awards ceremony and the DJ set then carried everyone into a final round of cheering 🍻

See you next year!

Two days in Dornbirn, a busy stand and plenty of good conversations: that was MOVATEC 2026 for FERCAM Austria.

Our team at booth 4-77 talked freight and digital logistics with visitors, giving visitors a hands-on look at , our digital platform for FTL transport management. On the Innovation Forum stage, Nina Neumayr, Sales Executive Transport, showed how artificial intelligence is reshaping everyday logistics.

Thank you to everyone who came by: we came back with plenty to build on!

What is changing transport right now? Stronger collaboration, smarter decision-making and the growing role of AI.

That was the focus in Brussels at Trimble Inc. Insight Europe 2026, where the FERCAM team joined customers, partners and industry peers.

On stage, Carlo Pinamonti, Sales Director Europe & Sales Strategy, explored the dynamics of shipper-carrier collaboration, while Jalna Afridi, Innovation Manager, shared FERCAM’s experience with AI-powered quotation and accepted the AI Quote Leader Award, assigned to the FERCAM team for the second year in a row.

The FERCAM team in Brussels also included Alex Schroffenegger, Imanol Esnal Roig, Jaden Le Ray, Luigi D’Agostino and Soumia Ben Elkhamal, joining the conversations and exchanges throughout the event.
