Pasta with Guanciale and Borragine 🌿
We use borage plants from our own garden!
For 160 g of pasta, you’ll need about 120 g of borage leaves.

👉🏻 Wash the leaves well and boil them for 4–5 minutes.
👉🏻 Once cooked, drain them and chop them roughly.
👉🏻 Meanwhile, cook the guanciale in a pan until crispy.
👉🏻 Add the borage leaves to the pan with the guanciale and let the flavors combine.
👉🏻 Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the sauce.

You can use the borage flowers to decorate the dish and give it an even more beautiful and natural touch! ✨
