Internal Rules and Policies of Pars Airways Virtual Airline
all pilots and members of the Pars Airways company are required to read the details and fully respect to the rules of the company and the offenders will be treated in accordance with the opinion of Board of Director.
1. all members are required to respect the rights of other members and
their managers.

2. literature and moral principles are required in all medias such as Telegram and Pars airways website.

3. flight license with the type that requested by members , is possible only after verification of the applicants managment team. ,members of the requested type that do not have a complete mastery of that type, refuse to request.

4. International flight is possible for people who are fluent in ATC communication and has at least First Officer Rank.

5. Acting to the SOP prepared by the Company is required for all members, in this regard the black box of the flights will be investigated by the management team.

6. any errors and mistakes by the members in the IVAO network that cause any warning , discredit , defame and appology of the Company is leading to dismissal the offender.

7. also attention to the Registery of the selected Aircraft accourding to the base is necessary.

8. All members are required to return the Aircraft to the base which is transfered by them to destinations other than the base. (Maximum 1 week ).

9. People who are flying on IVAO or FSAirline Network are required to be presence on Team Speak Channel.

10. All members must have all information concerning the origin , destination , route , aeronautical charts and etc, before the flight. in this regard and to avoid disturbing others , the questions related to these subjects is not answered.

11. In cases of any dispute between the members, the management team will be in charge of dispute resolution and parties are required to accept the final verdict issued.
